Product Properties

TOTM has low volatility,low migration, excellent electriacl resistivity,and excellent heat resistance. Using TOTM inwires and cables meets the U.S’s UL 62 105'c class requirements.TOTM's migration and water extraction are lowerthen those of DiDP.compare to the flexibility of DEHP,TOTM has lower cold resistance. Trioctyl trimellitate (TOTM) isa flammable plasticizer used to improve the flexibility and durability of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC).
TOTM is used for wires and cables, leather and clothing, gloves, shoes, building materials, PVC plastisols, etc.
